My LC knockoff of a true Wisconsin beer cheese soup made in a restaurant I worked at as a teenager (in Wisconsin, of course).
3 jars Carb Options Double Cheddar sauce
3 bottles LC beer (I used Labatt's Select)
1 lb. thick sliced bacon, cut into small pieces, fried crispy
1 diced green pepper
1/2 large white onion chopped
1 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp liquid Splenda
How To Prepare:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook on low heat until veggies are soft (1 hour or more). Also great in a crockpot.

Makes 4 qts./16 1 cup servings

Calories: 185, Total Fat: 14g, Total Carbohydrate: 4g, Protein: 5.4g
