Description: I wanted meatloaf and wanted as close to zero carbs as possible so, liking to throw things together, I came up with this. I really liked it! You COULD add tomatos, but I didn't. Wanted something different.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb hamburger
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green or red peppers
4 eggs
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
2 T. mustard
How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients except meat in a med. to lg. bowl. Add raw hamburger and mix well (I used my hands but a fork or spoon would probably do OK). Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Remove from oven and drain off grease, place back in oven for about 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and drain again.....and ENJOY!! Good hot or cold.
Number of Servings: About 6
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: I would guess about 1 per serving
Preparation Time: 10 minutes to put in oven, 1 1/2 approx. cooking time
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
