9 oz peeled daikon radish1/8 tsp. kosher salt1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
How To Prepare:
Grate the daikon radish. With hands gently squeeze out and discard any excess liquid. Season the grated radish with the salt and pepper.Spray a nonstick skillet with butter flavor nonstick spray. Heat to medium-high.Place the grated radish in the skillet and gently stir fry for about 4 minutes or until nicely browned.Serve hot.
