Ingredients: 2 cups Carbquikâ„¢ 2/3 Cup Water, or as needed to make a firm smooth dough. How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350ºF. -Place dry mix in mixer bowl. On low speed, add water to mixer, run until dough forms and all water has been absorbed. -Spoon dough chunks onto greased cookie sheet, about 1 ounce each. -Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden. Brush with butter if desired. Cons: A little flat. These biscuits come out flat for me, but they taste awesome. I like to spread peanut butter on a flat biscuit and enjoy it like a piece of bread!

Cons: They were a little flat, more like a cookie than a biscuit We added a little extra water, but will try leaving it out next time to see if they will not be quite so flat.
