Any cut of chicken you like in a sweet, spicy, gooey sauce.
2 large tablespoons smooth SF peanut butter (I used an actual tablespoon, not a measuring spoon)
200ml coconut milk
2 good teaspoons curry paste - (I used Pataks Mild Coriander and Garlic, use whatever you like)
1 tsp Splenda sweetener
12 chicken legs and 5 wings.
How To Prepare:
Beat this well.
Pour 1/2 over whatever bits of chicken you're cooking.
Bake at around 170C.
Halfway through turn the chicken over and add the rest of the sauce. I used chicken wings and legs. YUM!!!
