Positive aspects of the product (pros): easy and tasty
Cons: none yet - unless it doesn't freeze well

I tried this one and it was great! I did add some garlic powder, salt and pepper to the spinach and cheese mixture. Also I switched out to ricotta cheese (whole milk) since it has a lower carb count than cottage cheese. I will be making this one again! I have frozen some of it so I will add on if it freezes well.

This turned out even better than I thought it would. Like CCL, I also used ricotta. I also used sliced baby bella mushrooms, applied on top of the meat mixture, right underneath the mozzarella. Thanks for posting this recipe. I'll definitely be using it again in the future.
