Ingredients: 1 pound cooked peeled & deveined medium(31-40)shrimp
juice from 1 lemon
1 Tbsp chopped fresh garlic
1/3 cup finely chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 tbsp capers
How To Prepare: Stir together everything except shrimp in a large bowl. Add shrimp. Toss to mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Arrange on platter. Garnish with additional lemon and parsley.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes to prep. 1 hour to chill.
