Oven fried chicken with delicious "breading"--tender and juicy! Linda notes a bit dry but not this one!! You will not regret trying this!
Chicken breast with bone in (skin on or off)
crushed pecans (sold at Publix)
parmesian cheese (the kind you shake on pizza)
How To Prepare:
Dip chicken in melted butter then roll in parmesian cheese. Sprinkle a small amount of crushed pecans on chicken and sprinkle seasonings. Bake at 375 for 20 min. Baste with olive oil gently (I used a little brush) to prevent drying. Continue cooking for another 20 min.
