1 can of salmon (drained, bones and skin removed)
1 8oz package of cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c of diced green pepper
1 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning
salt to taste
How To Prepare:
Place drained, debonded and skinless canned salmon in large bowl. Break up with fork. Add soften cream cheese, diced pepper, seasonings. Mix well with fork. Put on wax paper and roll into log. Chill. Can be sliced once firm into medallions. Serve on chilled cucumber slices.(optional not included in carb count)
