Ingredients: 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic (minced)
sprinkle of dried parsley
sprinkle of dried basil
freshly grated parmesan
How To Prepare: Heat a skillet to medium heat. Melt butter in skillet then add the garlic. Saute for a minute or so until garlic starts to brown slightly. Turn heat up slightly and brown chicken breasts on both sides. Sprinkle herbs over chicken. Cover & turn heat down to med low until chicken is no longer pink inside.
