Low Carb Sausage Balls with Carbquik Reviews Date of last review 5 Wed May 21, 2008 Recommended By Average Price Average Rating 60% of reviewers None indicated 7.6 Description: Ingredients: 1.5 cups Carbquik 1/2 lb bulk sausage 2 cups (8oz) cheddar cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/8 cup water 1/8 cup heavy cream dash of itallian seasoning How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350. Grease jelly roll pan. Mix all ingredients by hand. It will get moist if you keep working it. Roll into 30 balls. Cons: I've baked these yummy little sausage/cheese balls several times and everyone loves them. They are easy to make, taste great and low carb. What could be better?
