Quick and Easy recipe you can make in a skillet in less than twenty minutes!
1 ring of any type of sugar-free sausage (I use kielbasa)
1 medium green pepper sliced into strips
2 slices onion - diced
3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil
How To Prepare:
Slice kielbasa into one inch pieces. Place half of olive oil in skillet and put over medium high heat. Brown sausage on both sides and remove.
Place other half of olive oil in skillet and saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms until soft, yet still crispy (like a stir fry). Add sausage back in and saute for about five minutes.
