1lb ground beef (browned, drained)
2tbls fresh cilantro, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 can of tomato pure or recipe ready canned tomato with the lowest amount of carbs you can find
Chili Powder to taste
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Sargento's Shredded Mexian Cheese Mix, or somethign similar, for topping
Sour Cream, for topping
How To Prepare:
1. Brown and drain you meat
2. Add cilantro, garlic, pepper, onion, tomato pure, chili powder and red pepper flakes.
3. Bring the mixture to boil
4. Let chili simmer for 30 - 45 mins, until tomatos have thickened...It will look like chili
5. Serve in bowl, with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of cheese
