1 small head cauliflower, chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
3 green onions sliced
1/4 head white cabbage, shredded
1/2 red pepper, chopped (may use green if reds are too expensive)
1-1/2 cups carb-free mayo
6 packets Splenda
Freshly Cracked Pepper
1/4 t. celery seeds
4 strips bacon, crumbled or 1 package real bacon crumbles
How To Prepare:
Mix the mayo, celery seeds, Splenda and cracked pepper. You may need a little extra mayo if you like a creamier salad.
Mix the vegetables in a large bowl.
Toss the veggies, bacon and dressing well. Allow to blend at least 3 hours before serving. Keeps very well. Excellent salad!
