This is a wonderful, rich and silky pumpkin dessert. My son's favorite. Our family members who are not low carbing even ask for it! :^)
32 oz can Pumpkin (NOT the pumpkin pie mix!)
3 TBS heavy cream
6 tsp splenda
2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks beaten
6 oz cream cheese softened in microwave
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butternut flavoring (optional)
1 1/2 tsp apple pie or pumpkin pie spice
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Pour into a buttered pie dish and bake at 375 for 30 mins. Should be well set and somewhat dry on top. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
You may wish with toasted pecans or walnuts and some piped on legal whipped cream. This is a wonderful dessert!
