1 1/2 cup prepared spaghetti squash
3 large eggs
2 oz buttermilk
6-8 pkts Splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp coconut flavoring
How To Prepare:
Stir everything together and bake at 350 til JUST set. could be as little as 10 mins depending on your oven.
This is a wonderful recipe. My entire family asks for it. Sometimes I flavor it with maple flavoring. Sometimes with banana and we have even had butternut flavoring. they are all delicious and I am sure others would be too. if you have an aversion to buttermilk substitute heavy cream. the buttermilk just makes it so much more southern! Enjoy!
