Positive aspects of the product (pros): tasted just like apple crisp
Cons: little too much liquid left after baking? More gum?

The texture of the zucchini was just like apples and the taste too! Next time I'll use less water and maybe a little more gum (afraid to use too much and get it too gummy) I also doubled the dry ingredients and used some flax meal in place of the almond flour.
