Description: My version of Tomato basil soup, or Tomato Bisque.
Ingredients: 2 large cans of stewed chunky tomatoes (or diced) try using top brands b/c lower end brands don't taste as good. You can either buy the plain stewed or I prefer the garlic/basil stewed (or Italian) stewed tomatoes. The cans are about 14 ozs. each.

1 large Box or large can of MSG free chicken broth (and/or low sodium) there are organic brands, or S&W makes a low-sodium brand.

Cream to taste (pint size).
Sea salt/pepper/and/or basil to taste.

Parmasan to top it off.
How To Prepare: Mix ingredients in a big pot, bring to a boil. Add seasalt/basil and/or pepper as needed. This is not needed if you bought the Italian stewed tomatoes that are already seasoned. Add all of the chicken broth. Add cream to taste, up to the whole pint if needed. Then simmer for 5 mins and serve.

Heats up/stores well. It's very healthy for you, lots of potassium, and cancer fighting ingredients.

Top off with shredded parmasan or mozerella. And eat!
Number of Servings: 4 Big Bowls
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Don't know only carbs are tomatoes (veggie carbs)
Preparation Time: 7 mins.
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
