This salad is not only low carb, it's full of omega 3s!
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 medium yellow onion
2 tbs. Worsteschire sauce
1 cup canola oil
1/3 cup low carb ketchup
hard boiled egg
How To Prepare:
Chop onion in food processor
Add Splenda, white vinegar, worsteschire, oil and ketchup. Blend well. Place spinach in salad bowl and top with bacon, hard-boiled egg (chopped) and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing

Dressing makes approximately 15 servings
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
Carbs per serving - 2, calories per serving - 60

VERY GOOD!!! When I caught a whiff of the dressing, I thought it was going to be too tart. But no, it's delicious!
