Craving pizza? Wanting a quick and easy meal that the whole family (even the non-LCers) will enjoy? This is the one.
1 small white onion, diced
5 cloves of garlic minced or sliced thin
3 tbsp olive oil
1-1.5 lb. hamburger or sausage
2 cups tomato puree
2 cups beef boullion
1 cup sliced pepperoni
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
red and green peppers
How To Prepare:
In a pan, heat the olive oil and cook the onions and garlic until clear. Add hamburger/sausage and cook through. Add tomatoes, boullion and any optional ingredients. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve with pizza cheese melted on top.
