Description: Three kinds of meat, three kinds of cheese make this a spectacular meal. I usually double the recipe so we can have it two days in a row. My husband is not low carb so I serve this to him over rice with hot crescent rolls for dipping. This can be made in advance and heated in the oven when ready.
Ingredients: 3 Tbs minced garlic
4 Tbs butter
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk or low carb dairy beverage
1 tsp dried basil
1 cup cooked chicken cubed
1 cup cooked pork cubed
1 cup cooked veal cubed
1/2 cup chopped spinach(thaw if frozen)
2 cups ricotta cheese
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated parmesean cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a skillet, saute garlic in butter until tender. Add soup, milk, basil, spinach, salt and pepper. It is not necessary to heat through. Set aside

In a large bowl, combine chicken, pork, veal and all cheeses. Add ingredients from skillet and mix well.

Transfer to baking dish or casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes until bubbly.
Number of Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes if you buy pre-cooked meat, longer if you have to cook it yourself first
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
