Description: I like my Caesar dressing garlicky, so I suggest playing around with the amount of garlic. Also, omit the red pepper if you have an aversion to spicy foods.
Ingredients: Grilled/broiled/sauteed shrimp or chicken
(I use the whole roasted chickens that you can find in a lot of grocery store delis to save time)

Romaine Lettuce
Shredded or shaved fresh parmesan cheese

3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
2-5 cloves fresh garlic, chopped (adjust to your taste preference...make sure you buy whole garlic cloves and chop at home...it makes a big difference in taste)
1 TBSP Worchestershire sauce
Juice of 1 med-large lemon
1/2 to 1 TBSP Anchovy paste (adjust to your taste)
dash salt & fresh ground pepper
dash red pepper (for added spice)

How To Prepare: Whisk dressing ingredients into mayo and set aside, or refrigerate up to a few days.

Toss desired amount of dresssing, and parmesan cheese, with Romaine lettuce. Place salad on plate and top with chicken or shrimp.
