1 1-carb bagel (cut in 1/2)
1 egg w/2-3 T heavy cream
1 cap vanilla (or 1 T SFTang prepared)
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 pkt Splenda (or sweetener)
SF syrup to taste
4 strips cooked bacon
How To Prepare:
Beat egg w/heavy cream. Add flavorings, salt and sweetener. Soak bagel in mixture until absorbed. Fry on buttered griddle or bake in oven 20 min on buttered pan. Serve w/butter and SF warmed syrup. Add bacon as a side. Makes a quick breakfast!
