2 small zucchinis
1/4 cup butter
2 T. dried onion
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Melt butter in pan on medium heat. Add onion, and let simmer for a minute. Add Zucchini and salt and pepper. Cook until tender. When done, shake parmesan cheese all over the top and cover. Cook on low until cheese softens. VOILA..you're done...
