Ingredients: 4 Chicken Breast
Wing Sauce
Keto Crumbs canjun Style or Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. of Sour Cream
Low carb bread or rolls
Chili Powder
Mozzarella Cheese

How To Prepare: Place Chicken in a bowl add in everything except the bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, and rolls of course.
You don't need much of the spices.
Just a little wing sauce.
Leave chicken in spices and wing sauce to marinate for a half hour or so.
Dip marinated chicken in bread crumbs.
Place chicken in a glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Spray top of chicken with the spray to make the chicken crispy.
Bake chicken in oven for 25 minutes at 350.
Top chicken with mozzarela cheese and wing sauce bake for 5 more minutes.

Place on rolls or bread slices

Top with small slices of onions and ranch dressing.
