This is a great recipe, but unfortunately I don't know the carb count. Can someone please figure it out and post it? It's really a delicious breakfast!
10 slices Canadian or Back bacon
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 1/2 oz. Brie - cubed
1/2 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
How To Prepare:
Lightly spray a 9 inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray. Place Canadian bacon slices, slightly overlapping, around the side and the bottom of pie plate. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, pepper, Parmesan cheese, Brie cheese and Italian herb seasonings in mixing bowl. Pour into pie plate and bake at 375F for 30 minutes. After about 15 minutes of baking, you may need to place some foil over bacon to protect it from overcooking.
