How To Prepare:
fry the ground meat in a skillet and drain. then add the broccoli. i use frozen broccoli, but i thaw it for about four minutes in the microwave first. cover the skillet and stir frequently so that neither stick to the pan or burn. when the broccoli is hot, take off the heat, put the cheese on top, either sprinkle shredded cheese or just lay sliced cheese on top and cover for about three or four minutes. uncover and serve.
