Description: easy locarb white sauce or gravy that can be adapted to your own recipes witha number of seasonings and herbs.
Ingredients: 3 TBls, butter ,3 tsp arrowroot powder,1 cup heavy cream,salt and pepper to taste.
How To Prepare: melt butter in sauce pan and add arrowroot ; simmer and let bubble until smooth,(not more than 2 minutes,) then slowly add cream and bring to boil. Let boil for 1 minute and then lower temp and stir until thickened,(usually 1 minute more,)add salt and pepper or any other herbs and spices you like and pour over recipe of you choice. Makes a great sauce for augratin jicama or sqush,just add shredded cheese ,Yummm!!!
