1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb bacon
2lbs frozen french cut green beans
1tbs olive oil
1 big skillet or wok
How To Prepare:
gentle fry the onions and garlic in the oil.
Remove from pan.
cut bacon into 1/2 pieces and cook untill done. You can cook it how ever much you choose.
add the cooked onion and garlic to the bacon dont drain the fat though.
Boil the green beans until done. drain and squish out some of the moisture but not all of it.
Then add the green beans to the pan with the onion, bacon and garlic. Over a medium heat toss around untill well mixed together.
Number of Servings:
8 1/2 cup servings or 4 hungry 1 cup servings
