Description: Low-carb version of taco salad.
Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup cooked ground meat
2-4 tsp. taco season (less than 3 grams/2 tsp)
water
pork skins
1/2 c. lettuce
1/4 small tomato
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
salsa, or hot sauce (optional)
How To Prepare: Brown ground meat, drain fat. Scoop out 1 1/4 cup into bowl, add taco seasoning using more or less depending on taste, and carb intake allowance. Add just enough water to blend taco season with meat. Microwave for 30 seconds. Pour out onto plate. Add cheese, lettuce, tomato, and stir. Add broken up pork skins, and hot sauce (opt.), stir again. Enjoy!
