1 lb lean hamburger
5 slices lean bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whole milk
8 oz shredded cheese (I use a mozzarella, provolone, romano cheese combination mix)
2 tablespoons Hidden Valley ranch dip
Salt & Pepper (use as desired)
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350
Fry bacon until crisp, remove from heat. Discard excess bacon fat from pan then add hamburger. While hamburger is cooking, sprinkle with Hidden Valley ranch dip, crumble bacon and add to hamburger mixture. Press hamburger/bacon mixture onto the bottom of a 9\" pie plate. (I use cooking spray to coat the sides of the pie plate). Set aside.
Fold remaining ingredients together in mixing bowl. Pour egg mixture on top of hamburger/bacon 'crust'. Bake the quiche for 30 - 35 minutes. Top will be lightly browned. Allow the quiche to cool slightly (about 10 minutes) before slicing.
