6oz Chicken breast diced or cubed
2tbsp olive oil
1tsp lemon pepper
1/4tsp onion powder
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/2tbsp lemon or lime juice
2-1oz brie slices or baby brie (rind removed)
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
On stove, heat oil on medium/high heat in a medium to large skillet (non-stick, that you can stick in the oven safely). Add chicken when oil is hot but not smoky. Season the chicken with lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown and it is no longer pink inside (approx. 5-8 minutes).
Place brie in the middle of the chicken and place skillet in the oven for 4-6 minutes until brie has melted half through (it may crisp on edges, but that's more than alright, as it adds a different texture).
Take out of the oven an serve immediately.
