Wash chicken and pat dry. Melt butter and butter the chicken liberally all over. Sprinkle liberally all over with the lemon pepper seasoning. Place on rack in shallow pan breast side up. Do not cover nor add water to pan. Bake at 325 degrees 1/2 hour per pound.
Chicken will be golden brown and crispy on the outside. Moist and an awesome flavor inside.
Serve with salad or veggie.
