Ingredients: 1/8 lb Bulk sausage
1/3 C. Precious Ricotta cheese (3 carbs)
12 Med. size Mushrooms
1 teaspoon packaged (powder) Ranch Dressing
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
How To Prepare: Fry and break up sausage, put in bowl. Clean and remove stem from mushrooms - reserve stems. Chop stems. After removing sausage from pan add the chopped stems and cook about 2-3 min. Place cooked stems in same bowl. Add 1/3 c. ricotta and 1 t. ranch dressing to bowl. Mix all really good. Stuff caps with mix put on baking sheet, sprinkle w/ Parmesan cheese andd bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
