12 large eggs
2 tbsp chopped chives (or freeze dried)
2 drops Tabasco sauce (or whatever hot sauce you like)
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp bacon bits (the real ones)
salt & pepper to taste
paprika & parsley to garnish
How To Prepare:
Boil eggs for about 20 minutes. Run cold water over them until they are cool. Peel and carefully cut in half. Put the yolks into a food processor or blender. Add other ingredients and puree until smooth.
You can then put the puree into a pastry bag and pipe it back into the egg whites if you want to get fancy, or just spoon it back into the whites.
Sprinkle with paprika and parsley
