2 bags frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli cauliflower and carrots blend)
1 tbsp butter
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
1 tbsp. parsley
1/3 c. mayo
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c low carb bread crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
1/4 c. grated parmesean cheese
1 tsp. parsley
How To Prepare:
microwave veggies on high power until tender crisp.Drain. Mix in remaining ingredients.Pour into casserole dish. Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.....YUM!!!
