2 pounds ground beef
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Carb Options™ Garden Style Sauce
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper(s)
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
2 egg(s), slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In large bowl, combine ground beef, 1 cup Carb Options Garden Style Sauce, green pepper, oats, 1/2 cup cheese, eggs, salt and ground black pepper. In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf. Top with 1 cup Sauce.
3. bake uncovered 50 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Remove to serving platter and serve with remaining Sauce, heated.
