2 heads of cauliflower cut into bite size flowerets
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 stalk of celery chopped fine
2-4 spring onions chopped - depending on taste
5 boiled eggs chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Steam or boil cauliflower until fork tender - be sure to cut away any thick stalk and cut into bite size pieces before cooking. Mix mayonaise, sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Add all other ingredients. This is better if allowed to sit in refrigerator overnight for flavors to mix.
