Description:
Ingredients: 2 heads of cauliflower cut into bite size flowerets
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 stalk of celery chopped fine
2-4 spring onions chopped - depending on taste
5 boiled eggs chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Steam or boil cauliflower until fork tender - be sure to cut away any thick stalk and cut into bite size pieces before cooking. Mix mayonaise, sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Add all other ingredients. This is better if allowed to sit in refrigerator overnight for flavors to mix.
Number of Servings: 10-12
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 3.1-2.6 gms

This tastes just like my mom's potato salad. I took it to a covered dish and it was the talk of the supper!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Delicious!! Non-low-carbers will love it too!
Cons: Nothing about the recipe - but the title should be more descriptive.

I used frozen cauliflower that was already cut up, and the bag was literally in my freezer for at least a year and it still tasted excellent!
