This keeps well in the fridge for up to a week but mine never lasts that long!
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1-2 large cloves garlic-minced
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Put all ingredients in a blender except the parmesan cheese. Blend well and then slowly add your cheese.
Be sure to have \'fresh bacon bits\' to serve with your romaine lettuce and dressing! Place a pre-sliced grilled chicken breast atop your salad and... Enjoy!
