Description:
Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. coarsely chopped onion
1 14.5 oz can green beans
salt & pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet. Drain. Add green beans (drained) and stir occasionally until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Number of Servings: 4
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 6.5
Preparation Time: 20 min.

Cons:

one of my first low carb meals so easy to alter w different spices!
