4 large eggs -- beaten
10 ounces frozen spinach -- thawed and drained
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper -- each
2 ounces pepperoni slices
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced onion
3 ounces part skim milk mozzarella cheese -- 1 cup -shredded
3 ounces provolone cheese slices -- thinly sliced
1/2 cup ripe olives -- sliced black olives
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350f. Spray a 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray.
Mix crust ingredietns well and spread into an even layer in the bottom of the pan. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until the crust pulls away from the sides of the pan slightly.
Simmer the tomato sauce with the garlic seasonings for a few minutes. Pour over the cooled crust then spread the toppings over all. (You can saute the veggies for a minute first). Sprinkle the cheese over all and bake in a 400f oven for 7-10 minutes.
