If you are a real chocoholic-these will fit the bill!
3/4 cup butter-softened
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract-I used vanilla sugar-free syrup
1-1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 bag sugar-free hershey's chocolate bars chopped to make 1 cup of chunks
1-1/2 cup splenda
How To Prepare:
combine splenda, butter, vanilla extract, and egg in i bowl. Add baking soda and salt and blend well. Then add cocoa, flour and mix-dough will be thick and stiff. Add your nuts and candy bar chunks. Drop by tsp fulls onto parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake approx 10-12mins at 350 degrees. Allow to cool 1-2 mins-remove to wire rack to cool completely
Added tip: This could be turned into wonderful brownies with some moisture added to the dough maybe by adding cream/milk
tweak the amts of candy chunks and nuts to your preference
