Ingredients: 2 pounds Italian sausage --
cut in 4" pieces
2 large onions
2 green peppers
How To Prepare: Prick sausage with fork and
place in a roaster. Cover
with foil and
bake at 350ˇ F for 20
minutes, or until sausage
begins to shrink and give
off juices. Cut onions in half
and slice halves crosswise.
