1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup diced onion
1 can tomatoes with green
1 can trappeys black eye
peas -- 70g carbs; 18g fiber
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 each salt and pepper -- to
How To Prepare:
Brown ground beef and
onions until cooked lighty.
Drain well and add
everything but the cheese.
Reduce heat to low, cover
and simmer 15
minutes. Serve with cheese
sprinkled over top.

if bean carb is 52 plus tomato how is total carbs 25?
