Buy banana chips… use a processor to create very small chips
Then use 2 tbsp of these banana chips (5 g) and the 2 tbsp banana extract(2g) (soak for 15 min in ¼ cup hot boiling water)
¾ cup wheat gluten (18g)
¼ cup soy protein (0g)
2 tbsp Splenda(3g)
OR 1/16 tsp of Stevia(0g)
1 ½ tsp baking powder(0g)
½ cup walnut pieces(5.4g) OR almond pieces (4.2g)
¼ tsp salt 0g
1/4 tsp xanthum gum 0g
2 eggs 1.2 g
¾ cup heavy cream (5g) Can use water instead of cream
½ cup oil
How To Prepare:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, add soaked banana chips and stir until smooth.
Pour into a bundt pan and level the ingredients out to fit the bottom of the pan (mixture is quite thick)
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 23 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean
Cut into 24 pieces. About 1.7 g of carbs a piece. (with Splenda) less with Stevia
