Description:
Ingredients: 1/2 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons onion --
minced fine (optional, but
good)
3 ounces cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon water
salt and pepper -- to taste
How To Prepare: Brown ground beef in skillet
with onions. Add cream
cheese and cook
over low heat until melted.
Beat eggs with water, salt
and pepper and pour into
skillet with beef and
cheese. Scramble to
desired doneness.
This also makes a very
satisfying lunch or dinner
-just add a small
tossed salad.

Cons: none

What a yummy breakfast or snack. This was very easy to make and it tasted great. You can add some salsa on top for zest if you like. The cream cheese gave it a creamy texture and if I do it again, I think I will add more!
