Ingredients: ¾ cup wheat gluten 18g
¼ cup soy protein 0 g
2 tbsp Splenda(3g)
OR 1/16 tsp of Stevia (0g)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt 0g
1 tsp xanthum gum 0g
zest from one lemon
lemon juice from lemon
1tbsp lemon extract

2 eggs 1.2 g
2/3 cup water
½ cup oil
How To Prepare: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
Pour into a bundt pan and level the ingredients out to fit the bottom of the pan (mixture is quite thick)

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 23 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean

Cut into 24 pieces. About 1.2 g of carbs a piece. (with Splenda) less with Stevia
