Positive aspects of the product (pros): Good Basic Recipe
Cons: None

This is a good basic recipe for meatloaf. I can spare a few carbs, so I added celery,Worcestshire Sauce and cream to the meatloaf mixture, and I also topped it with tomato sauce and cheese. I had not had meatloaf in a long while, and I was very surprised at how yummy it was.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy
Cons: none

I did make a couple changes: I skipped the cheese, I added some Worcestershire sauce, and I sauteed the onions in the bacon grease before adding them to the rest of the mixture. I cooked it until the internal temperature hit 150, pulled it from the oven, and let it rest.

I haven't had meatloaf in a long time, so I don't remember how this compares, but it is darn yummy. A slice the next day was nice and hot in 1 minute in the microwave, and somehow even tastier than when it was fresh out of the oven! Nice and moist, too.
