1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and crumbled
1 c. cooked chicken, shredded
1 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans, toasted
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 pkgs. Atkins cornbread mix
1 c. pork rinds, crushed
3 T. sage
chicken or turkey stock
How To Prepare:
Cook the cornbread according to pkg. directions; cool then crumble slightly. Saute the celry and onions in the butter until transparent. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix, using enough chicken or turkey stock to moisten. Turn into baking dish; bake 1 hour or until golden.
