Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very easy & unique flavor.
Cons:

At least around these parts, Country Ribs are beef- which I got, then I realized this recipe was under the pork category. It was still good with the beef ribs, but would be better with the pork. I made one serving non-low carb by using a "real" Coke- comments were that they would definately like to have this recipe made again. I did mine with the Diet Coke and it was still good, but next time for mine I think I will use Tradewinds Diet Sweet Tea (0 carbs, as well) for more of a syrupy sauce result instead of the DC. All in all, it has a "caribean" taste to it, unique & good for a change. It's a keeper!
